Shipping

This One Dress only ships in the Continental U.S. at this time. All orders qualify for free shipping and returns using FedEx. Additional fees such as sales tax outside the State of Ohio are the responsibility of the customer. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped.

Returns

We want you to be happy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@thisonedress.com within 15 days of the receipt of your purchase to receive a return label emailed to you. A full refund for our flagship dresses is possible if the garment is unworn with the tags on. All sales are final for customized orders and all sales are final after 30 days.

Worn, altered, or washed merchandise cannot be returned. All merchandise being returned must be in the original condition, and all tags and packaging must be attached.

After you place an order at This One Dress online, we use your information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with FedEx tracking number in it. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order.
